The Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in finding a missing man. Authorities say 32 year old Bobby Joe Isaac Hipsher was last seen in March.
He’s six-feet-five-inches tall and 191 pounds with brown eyes and hair, which could be dyed blonde. Hipsher also reportedly has a birth mark on his left hand. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Hipsher, you are asked to call 423-621-9089 or the HCSO at 423-586-3781.
